Amadudu Women's Refuge Amadudu is a refuge for women and children fleeing domestic violence. The service offers temporary accommodation for families, providing support, understanding and access to additional services when required. We specialise in offering a service to women from the BRM community but will take referrals from all sections of the community. Our aim is to enable all women using the service to live a life free from domestic abuse.

Our battle ground is the well-being of the most vulnerable of the community. Those whom communication is a stressful challenge and requires an unimaginable effort. We work mainly with refugees, asylum seekers and migrants from who don’t have English as their first language. French speakers and those from Central Africa (DR Congo, Congo Brazzaville, Gabon, Cameroun, Rwanda, Burundi) are our first targets.

Since then various activities, centre clean up's, and fundraisers have been held, a Consultation confirming the community want the centre open & what activities, public consultation and set up a Business Plan & choose a new name which was boted to be .....
